2015 Hyundai Santa FE limitted with smart key entry system.

When the vehicle is turned off and you exit the vehicle with key fob the piezo buzzer emits a solid tone while the vehicle arms/disarms repeatedly (Doors lock/unlock) until the key fob is 15 to 20 feet away from the vehicle. When reapproaching the vehicle the car will restart repeatedly arming/disarming. Eventually, after pressing key fob lock button the vehicle eventually locks and is operates normally until the vehicle is driven (even just a few feet). Once exiting the vehicle with key fob the vehicle goes back to repeatedly arming/disarming. Again, once vehicle is driven, after parking and exiting the problem reoccurs.

This happens with both original key fobs with fresh batteries. There are no error codes. Thinking it's the receiver, but looking for some additional troubleshooting or insight.

I assume you are checking that with a DIY code reader. This would require a professional scan tool capable of reading all the other modules in the system, especially the Body Control Module.

In this case there are numerous modules that play a part in the keyless entry system including the Smart Junction Box, Body Control Module and door control modules.

It will require a professional scan tool to interface with these modules to locate the source of the problem, regardless if there are any stored trouble codes in these modules.
