aux power stays on

The auxiliary power circuit in my 1999 Savana 1500 (5.7 eng) will stay on intermittently. The quick fix was to disconnect some devices (radio, CD play ...) I have the shop manuals and I'm trying to trace the problem but I can't find the ignition switch anywhere in any electrical schematic. I'm sure it's in here. All the electrical schematics (in section 6, "Engine Controls") have off page references to "Power Distribution Cell 10", but I'll be damned if I can find that drawing. I'm guessing what I want is there. Does anyone know where the "Power Distribution Cell 10" schematic is in the service manual (1999 G-Van GMT/99-G6-2)? I've probably passed right over it. I'm posting because I've surrendered. The problem. The aux power stays on and fiddling with the ignition doesn't fix it. I have to drive the van and hope it fixes itself. Thank you.

Sorry but according to the wiring diagram that is powered all the time. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Hummm. If the ignition key is out I can't motor the windows. If I turn the key to aux (opposite the 'ignition' direction) the window motor. If I turn on the ignition the windows also motor. What circuit is that? This circuit above isn't necessarily the one I'm looking for. While the key was out, and the radios were on, which never used to happen, I did not try the windows. If they worked or not at this point, I do not know. I so wish I had. Something is up. Thanks
