Hello all! I got question, and need a little help. Recently my car will rise in temperature when I turn right, and only when I turn right. I replaced the Thermostat and flushed the radiator. But it's still doing it. Does anyone know what's causing this, and if so, how would I go about fixing the issue. Thanks you in advance!

I can't answer that yet. Year, Make, Model, engine used and throw in miles on it.

Could be low on coolant - many vehicles you fill just a remote tank either pressured there or not. Need to know as some are a pest to plain change out coolant for normal reasons.

One more while here is it's 90% sure it has vapor getting in and low where it count's or boiling away from sensors on a turn? So you get erratic dash gauge readings - NOT NORMAL for a turn,

Tom

Thank you for the reply. It's a 2003 nissan sentra gxe. Has 101,232 miles. It just started doing this about a week ago. It only rises when I turn my car right, but then immediately goes back to normal. As long as I don't turn right, the temp is fine.

As Tom just pointed out you can have an air pocket that leaves the sensor splashing in and out of coolant.

It can have a small coolant leak that leads to these air pockets.

Hello. I've noticed that I've been adding a little Coolant about once a week. So I guessing I've got a small leak somewhere. Also, is it normal for pressure to build up in my Coolant?

It's just weird that my car runs fine while driving and idling. But as soon as I turn right, just a little, it shoots up and comes immediately back to normal.

That's just it. It's not running fun. It's overheating all the time. The difference is the sensor is getting hit with air which makes it read lower. Coolant sensor read coolant, not air.

You need to have the system pressure tested and find and repair the source of the leak. Then if you haven't done serious damage already you will be able to get the air bled out and the problem will go away.

Now if you have been driving it that way for a while, you may have already done serious damage.
