Need advice/oversight to pick correct parts for Opel Vectra C Sign In

2004
Opel
Vectra C
1.9L CTDI 120hp / 88kw
270'000
Gearbox id: F40 https://drive.google.com/..._QH/view?usp=sharing

Backstory:
Hello,
Recently I bought a Vectra hatchback. I paid 500 euros, car basicaly got saved from hydraulic press, although it is not in worst shape, engine stars and sounds good. For aditional 500e I got suspension fixed and MOT valid for 2 upcoming years. However, a clunking/ratling sound can be heard when operating clutch, also, when clutch is disengaged and car is in neutral, large clunking sound can be heard which goes away after engine warms up. As Ive been able to research - dual mass flywheel and throwaway bearing is going out.
Example: https://drive.google.com/...HHw/view?usp=sharing

Ive checked in local autorepair shot they calculated whoping 800 euros for repair and parts (flywheel, clutch asembly, throwout bearing) which is quite more expensive that I would want to pay. The shop quoted 550 euro for parts and 250 for work.

I scouted the internet and found parts for cheaper that may(be) fit my cars engine and gearbox. How ever I am afraid I dont have any knowledge about fitting correct parts to any car.

So basicaly my question is would these parts fit my car?

By buying parts cheaper myself and asking local garage guy to do the work, I could save alot.

As Ive researched, crankshaft rear main seal is also replaced when doing work in this area of the engine?
Anything else I should know before buying these parts?

Just 500 Euros for a car to use! That's less than $500 US dollars you could get that for the metal about now junking it.

No clue about these not sold to the US, Canada TMK nor Mexico,

T
