Check Engine Light Flashing Sign In

This morning my check engine light started flashing. Simultaneously started making a ticking sound, oil gauge started dipping between 20-40 and lost power. Recently had a collapsed lifter replaced and has worked fine for the 2 months since then. Does this sound like 1 problem or a combination of things going wrong at once?

The flashing light indicates a misfire severe enough to damage the Catalytic Converter.

The oil pressure fluctuation is very concerning. I would stop driving it immediately and have it towed to the shop that did the work. This could very well be related to the work they did.

What is this vehicle just for fun? Was anything said why lifter collapsed? If there was a source reason sounds like it did it again and yes could take out a converter,
