2010 Dodge Challenger 3.5 V6 SE 130k miles

It has an electrical issue
I’ve replaced the battery and the starter car just clicks and I lose voltage and it slowly builds back up. Without turning key im at 12.4 voltage when I try and start the car voltage drops anywhere to 5-9 volts and then goes back to 12.4. I checked for corrosion on battery terminals all good. I’ve had two new batteries put just in case I thought it was bad battery installed still just a click dash lights come on while trying to start but they get very dim and I’ve seen the odometer reading even switch to 0 sometimes any suggestions

Where are you getting that voltage reading from?

Is this battery in the trunk like some or all of these? If so it has to be extra well connected. UR drop test is way out of line no matter what so also ask how you are testing and where from,
