God bless but you shouldn't need valve seals yet. They really only work if the valve guides are correcect if that was/is the problem. If this started all at once my guess is a head gasket problem. Blue is oil, white could be anti-freeze or trans fluid if your car uses a vacuum system for shifting. For now - check all your fluid levels and bring spare unless you are tending to this tomorrow. This one is tough with a keyboard and you may need pro help. We are here but if I were you I'd seek out a really good shop even if you want to do the work yourself this is tricky to me to diagnose on line. Hey - good luck and let us know what you find out. Best I can do without seeing the car. I don't think this is a PCV problem but no harm in checking. T
