AND activates dry pavement at slow speed

2013 Chrysler 200
ABS is activating at slow speeds like when you are about to stop. Feels like it is the front wheels. Brakes are in good shape less than a year old. As well as new hubs on rear less than a year. Have just Replaced front sensors since this problem started. No light on dash when activated.

One of you sensors is dropping out at low speeds. This can be caused by the sensors itself, the exciter ring or the related wiring. You have to find out which one. It can even be a loose wheel bearing.
