2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid S ALL DASHBOARD WARNINGS/WON’T START

No prior warning lights, no prior issues. Went to turn the car on and every single dashboard warning started flashing and the car won’t turn on.
Low tire pressure, low oil pressure, steering assist fault, engine coolant over temperature, motor coolant over temperature, park brake malfunction and seems like they keep adding more warnings.
I’ve hooked up the OBD2 scanner but it states the car will not respond.

Are you sure the battery is fully charged?
You may have lost the PCM but you are going to need some better equipment that can access the other modules to find out what is going on.
