I need to lift the front of my 2011 Dodge Nitro. I'll have to put jack stands under the factory pinch weld lift points and I'm looking for a central cross member so I can lift the whole front end at once, but I don't know if either of the cross members I can see would be appropriate.

Point "A" looks like an actual piece of heavy frame. Point "B" is further back and looks like a solid piece of metal. Do either of these locations look strong enough for a floor jack to lift the front of the car?

Those cross supports are reinforcements only and not strong enough to support the whole front half of the car.

You have to jack and support each side individually.

I'm glad I asked then. Thanks!
