2000 silverado 2500 6.0

I put new fuel pump and regulator but still have low pressure it seems the pressures are 47 lbs that is low what else can I look at ?

You will have to figure out whether it's the fuel pump or the regulator.
The best way to do that is to find a section of rubber in the return line and pinch it off. Then flip the key on without starting it and see if the pressure spikes and whether it holds when the key is shut off.
