1990 chevy sport van (Beauville)

My 1990 Chevy Sport van won't start. Over the past 6 months there have only been 3 occasions where the van wouldn't start but after pushing inwards at the ignition it would finally start. This time it won't. Starter has been replaced and still no luck. Is it ignition or perhaps alternator related? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

If battery is fully charged and still good that is NOT the problem right now. T
