15 civic, ran over fob, whats the best way to replace?

ran over 4 button fob, car doesn't have remote start. I have 1 fob left and would like to possibly buy 2 new ones if cheap enough. I heard you can buy them off amazon but how do you program them? Thanks.

Keyless entry FOB(s) need to be registered using a high end scan tool with that capability. Maybe your mechanic or a shop in town has the capability. If not, you'll have to head to the dealer.
