2009 Chrysler 300 won't start

I have an 09 Chrysler 300 touring edition with the 3.5 engine and about 180,000 MI. I was driving down the road and the car went into limp mode. The throttle at this time had the opposite effect it would bog the car down. The car died and now will not start. The check engine light is on and the light that looks like a lightning bolt in the middle of two backwards parentheses is on. I have replaced the crankshaft position sensor, the camshaft position sensor and the throttle body.

Did you even find out what the code numbers were before launching the parts cannon? If not, then get them and post the numbers here.
The term "limp mode" is used way too often. There is really no such thing for an engine operating system, transmission, yes.

I did go get a code reader from AutoZone and it said the camshaft position sensor was bad a friend of mine that claims to be a mechanic said if you replace the camshaft position sensor you really should replace the crankshaft position sensor also. All I replaced was the camshaft position sensor like the code said and the car still wouldn't start. He came over with his professional grade code reader and it couldn't get engine speed so we replaced the crankshaft position sensor and he got engine speed but we still couldn't get it started and he was out of time so he had to leave. I looked up the lightning bolt in backwards parentheses and the information I found said it was either the throttle body or the computer so I replaced the throttle body

And if you Google limp mode it says it's a security feature that turns off non-essential engine components like AC and reduces engine speed.

First thing.............. codes do not indicate bad parts. They merely record a specific situation that could have any number of causes that needs to be further diagnosed.
The indicator light means there is a problem with the electronic throttle system, not necessarily the throttle body. There are multiple components in that circuit.
You need a professional scan tool to extract the throttle system codes.
PS, if you rely on Dr Google you will end up in even deeper Sh!t.
Certain necessary sensors will substitute a default to a specific middle range to keep an engine running but that is only certain sensors. If the throttle system sees a fault anywhere in the system it will default to either half throttle or no throttle, depending on the fault. That is not any sort of limp mode. It's a safety shutdown.

The friend that came over with the professional code reader said that the cam sensor code was the only code in the computer. Could the computer be bad?

No, the problem is either the scan tool or the mechanic. The code is in there so he either doesn't have the right equipment or doesn't know how to use it.
It takes dealer level tools to access them.
