I have a 1982 S10 1.9 litre 4 cyl made by Isuzu. I need to know how to line up the timing gears so the timing is right. I would appreciate all the help I can get with this one as it's starting to get to me.

I have to admit I don't know jack about that engine. Some timing chains and belt if they break or slip, jump or installed wrong will destroy the engine!!!!!!! This is no place for mistakes.!! I don't know if this site has software with pics for you but someone may. A thing on the web called AllData.com may go back that far you'd have to ask.
? Is this an S-10 Chevy with that engine? Never heard of that. Best I can do. T
