Volvo S60 2002 2.4L Rough idle and drive

My 2002 Volvo S60 2.4L non turbo is having trouble with a high revving idle and often stalling after start. During driving the car will shake and seem to cough. After buying the scanning tool, error codes and message; P2177 OBD-II Trouble Code: System Too Lean Off Idle Bank 1. I have previously replaced all spark plugs and cylinders. Also after watching some videos i decided to clean out the throttle body and straight after the rough idling and poor drive began. I bought and installed a new throttle body which has since made it a little better but still coughs and idles rough. Any ideas on what this could be or what i've done wrong would be huge! thank you

My guess is you either damaged or left off a vacuum connection when you were messing with the throttle body. The symptoms indicate a vacuum/air leak.
