P0304 diagnosis camry 02

I have a Toyota Camry 02, 4 cyl LE that has a P0304 code. I have done the following:
Replace gas cap
Switch coil and spark plug from 4th cyl but the code stayed at the said cyl
I have also done a gas system clean with Techron conc fuel plus clean
The code at first was a solid engine light. Now it’s a blinking light meaning the misfire is greater than 10% and is noticeable while driving. What would be the next things to check and at what point would you say it’s worth taking to the shop. I am a diyer so limited tools and instruments. Please advice! Gracias!

The first thing you have to do is determine whether it's a spark problem, a fuel problem or a compression problem.
You can use a spark tester to determine if the spark is strong enough.
