OBD code P0441, Jeep wrangler

OBD Error code P0441 on a 1997 Jeep Wrangler, 4cyc. 60,000 miles
Check engine came on couple of weeks ago, checked code, received the P0441. looked up possibilities, one of the suggestions was gas cap. A friend had borrowed it, and had put gas in it. Canceled code. It has been running fine, have not noticed any difference. Check engine light back on again, same code. This time it also showed as possible problem, O2 censor, or misfire. Still seems to be running fine, but noticed have notice problem starting after sitting for length of time. Kind of like its flooded. Any thoughts before I pull her into the Mechanic. O2 sensor, EVAP, or PRV valve?
