Anti-pollution fault Sign In

Hi guys,

Recently I got a warning saying "Anti-pollution fault" on the dashboard display. My car is a Citreon C5 2004 hatchback 2.0L. It typically comes up when I speed up on high ways. Any ideas?

Cheers,
Weipeng

There was a trouble code set when that light came on. You need to have the system scanned to get a code number for a direction to start

Hi,
I got my car scanned. The code is P0202, Injector Circuit/Open Cylinder 2. BTW, when this anti-pollution fault comes up, the car starts to shake badly.

Of course it does. You have a problem with the injector circuit for cylinder #2. It could be a bad injector, a wiring problem or even as bad computer. It needs to be troubleshooted now to verify the issue.

Yes. Thanks. BTW, I also got a "ESP not functional" warning at the same time. Does this help to identify the issue?

Re: Anti-pollution fault Sign In

I already told you as much as you are going to know without troubleshooting the circuit manually.
