I have a 2001 Buick Century and this Sensor shows as a direct fit. Initially got a PO131 Code when I plug it in the "only way" it would fit and here the C was 180 degrees off. Then I flipped it around and got PO135 error. I'm trying to figure out what the issue is. The sensor I'm trying to get to work is a new Bosch 13474. I've hear of others having this issue. Can anyone offer some advice?

If it's a direct fit, then it only plugs in one way. The PO131 is a lean code that probably wasn't a faulty sensor to start with. The PO135 is a heater code which is probably from wiring it wrong. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

The image above is exactly it. When I plug it in the C on the clip is on the opposite side, it won't fit with the C clip on the same side as the complementary clip on the male connected to the car. I put the old O2 Sensor on and no codes. There is definitely a miss-wiring issue with that Bosch 13474 sensor. I not the only one having this issue. Someone else on this site on an old thread had the same issue with the same car and sensor. Maybe i can rewire it myself. It's just very strange being that it's a direct fit. AMAZON and ROCKAUTO show the same sensor for my car. In advance, thanks for your help. I would love to get this new sensor to work and report back here with my success. Thanks.

It sounds like you just have the wrong parts. Don't expect a PO131 to reset immediatly like the PO135 did. It takes a while driving to reset that code and it likely will come back because the original problem was misdiagnosed.
