Anyway to test the sensor by itself? Ohms check?

You are right. I hooked up the old sensor and got 4V at idle and 5 volts at full throttle. The new sensor gets no reading.

Fixed! Bad new TPS sensor off Ebay. Not doing that again! Thanks for all your help.
