'04 Silverado, P0332 Sign In

Last month, I had this code on my car. I have a question, I just got the knock sensors replaced by the dealership in my 04 Silverado, but about 150 miles later, again, it threw the P0332 code. Is it possible that the dealer did something wrong, or are the sensors fine, and is something else wrong?

OK, now to address this problem. Knock sensors would have wiring to them so it may not have been the senor (sensor 2, bank 2) rather the wire to it.

Since this was dealer done recently the answer is take it back to them tell them what you said here.

Just FYI no doubt it was all reset and took some drive miles/time to come back does suggest it wasn't the sensor to begin with @ the age now IMO just an honest mistake they should take care of for you now,

This vehicle had a TSB concerning the knock sensors. They are installed in a recessed hole under the intake and prone to liquids filling the hole and shorting out the sensor. Their cure, strange as it is, is to create a bead of silicone around the hole to create a barrier for liquids running into the hole.

There is also an updated wiring harness for the sensors.
