I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo w/ a 4.0 Recently I replaced the motor with a motor from a 2004 (67496) miles. Once I had the motor hooked up I was drawn to the wiring harness and noticed that one of the cluster of wires to the firewall (cap) was different. Does anyone know how I can get this hooked up without a million dollars?

Yep, go back and get the right motor. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
