Good day, I got a used 2016 honda civic a few month back. It worked great for a few months until 2 months ago. What would happen is that when the weather was hot, the eps, vsa, check engine, tire pressure and eps lights would show up. Eventually the lights would appear when I turn my car left. This will shut off the ac as well. Well I got the car scanned by a friend and these are the codes U0100-00 Can communication with PCM/ISU U0155-00 can communicate failure with meter U0101-00 Can communication failure with tcm U0126-00 can communicate failure with absolute steering wheel angle sensor U0123-00 (I didn't get to write what this one said) I Google them and it all seems like a communication issue. I also discovered that no communication to the TCM causes the car to go into limp mode which causes the ac to stop working because it turns off the least most important thing in the car. I also realized that one of the codes (absolute steering wheel angle) is causing the issue with the lights turning on when my car turn left. But my main question is, what should be checked first, any ideas of the culplit? I can smell this is a expensive job but maybe if I can narrow down the issues to a professional electrical tech that maybe they can pin point the exact issues. Any ideas?

There is obviously a problem with the communication network. These are some of the hardest problems to track down, even for a trained professional. It will likely require the use of a lab scope to test circuits so this doesn't look like anything you are going to solve yourself. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
