The speakers in my car hum with the rev of the engine. What's the deal?

Its RF interference. what did you change on the car prior to this happening?

What is RF interference? I don't remember doing anything. My power window motor blew, could of that been it?

RF is radio frequency interference caused by magnetic fields generated by electricity. Its why many wires are twisted together instead of solid core. How old are your spark plug wires?

As old as the car. Which is 15 years.

I'd recommend changing them for more reasons than a hum in the radio then.
