Im having issues when i paint medium to dark silvers. I currently use a sata 4000 .i have other guns but they are worse.anyone one has a gun or system that works .i use dbc basecoat and ppg clear.i need something thats consistent. Wether its a new gun etc...

Here to acknowledge your post mostly. Sorry this is not a specialty of mine another here might be able to suggest more exact info for you.
In meantime have you contacted seller of the products you are being frustrated with if they have suggestions or some other product to make it work the way you need it to? No telling if there are more complete instructions for use of the products than would come with them however you bought them I'd at least ask there too.
Good luck in finding the solution I'll just be watching this thread if there's any response with more help here for you,
