How to repair a cracked frount bumper
Hi All, I need some advice on how to repair a cracked bumper. The crack is on the left hand side of the bumper and when you press the plastic together you would not have a clue it was cracked, I need some product or tool that I can repair this from the inside of the bumper. Any suggestions on this would be mint. Thanks all in advanced. MOC

Molded rubber bumpers are not repairable for anything other that shape or small scratches. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Ok cheers, what I was meant to say was its like a tear in the front skirt bumper, I was told that you might be able to melt the rear of the plastic which will hold it in place or use some sort of glue?

No, it can't. Purchase a new bumper cover.

With HT on this too - that stuff can't be effectively fixed and this is NOT my trade. New for that stuff and be shocked at possible damage unseen behind it! The underside wind dam could be faked/patched if you don't mind your own hack work if that's involved but the painted skin should be new. Do folks try - yes. Does it work and last? TMK - no, T

3M actually does make a flexible bumper repair adhesive, i cant remember the part # right now, i would have to look at my shop because i have some there, the only drawback is that it takes a special application gun, which is not cheap
