Help with Bumper Cover Repair

Help with Bumper Cover Repair

I backed up my car (Toyota 4Runner) and hit the bumper of another car. It looks like the side of my bumper cover is slightly pushed out along the top (no creases visible)
I don't have any experience with auto body repair so I was hoping to get some tips on how to tackle this.
Do I need to use a heat gun? Would I just heat up the areas that look like they're pushed out and push it in with my hands from the outside?
Should I remove the bumper cover?

That is going to have to be examined closer. There could be something torn up near the tail light. That seam below has a plastic retainer that holds the edge of the bumper. That may or may not be broken. I don't suggest you try this yourself. It probably wouldn't be a big deal if done by a professional because he would know how to get everything back to it's original position.
