checked my est. program, only lists .7 hrs to remove & replace so its probably fairly straight forward. remove inner door pnl, keep door glass rolled up. according to the illistration it looks to have 2 bolts or nuts (10mm) to attach it to the door and an acctuator rod with a plastic retainer clip, most of the time with the inner door pnl and inner liner removed you can use a flash light and see the back side of the handle assy. i havent actually replaced one on this vehicle, i'm just going by my estimating program, but this is pretty much standard proceedure for most outer handles. usually the toughest part is removeing the door panel. hope this helps

Thanks just went ahead and got someone to do it. It was going pretty smooth except those 10mm screws were riveted in. Had to break and replace with regular screws and and nuts.
