So what's your question? The answer is take it to a body shop and get it fixed. Question: If you noticed you were too close what were you thinking not to stop instead of wiping out the whole side? T

Some people panic and hit the gas instead of the brake. Maybe spilled coffee on lap while backing out of garage. Maybe the wall wasn't paying attention and didn't yield right of way. So many reasons for this. Someday I might end up doing it myself and taking out the welder in the corner in the process...LOL. Here in Florida we see that a lot. Always ordering side mirrors at our shop. It also keeps the awning people in business in the trailer parks when someone takes out a post or two. Usually, it is the same person We had one old feller drive his ranger flareside around the building. I heard this loud bang and scraping sound as the dumpster moved several feet. I don't know if he was deaf, had no sense of feeling, or was too embarrassed to stop, but he kept truckin down the road. Several days later seen his truck in the parking lot at a grocery store with duct tape, dents and scrapes down the side.
