My 1993 Ford F-150 makes a weird winding noise when i drive and it gets louder when i turn my wheel anyone know what it could be?

Check the PS fluid right now as that's probably the noise. If low the high pressure hose and the seal at the bottom of the gear box are the most likely leak spots.
See if that's it for now. If low and it doesn't shut up when filled it may have damaged the pump
