help i have taken my water pump off and cant get the fan off how do i do that 99 chevy 1500 5.7 2wd

you took the water pump out before the fan? wasn't the fan connected to the water pump?

you can try unscrewing the bolts in reverse..... also you may need ot you a holding wrench to stop the fan from spinning....
