ALL THAT CAME WITH MY TRUCK IS COMPRESSOR, WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO GET THE A/C TO WORK?

Could you explain a little more? Are you saying that the truck has a compressor and nothing else? No lines, hoses, switches, evaperator, condenser, drier and plenum?? Help us a little more.

yeah, all it has is the compressor connected to the belt on the engine nothing else

Is all the plenum inside the truck ready to accept the a/c? If not, you need a lot of parts and time. Read previous post and that is the minimum. There are also a few switches trhat need to be installed alopng with relays. Good luck.
