I just bought a 110 quad at a yard sale and now it wont fire. it turns over but will not start. no arc will come from spark plug when still inside the plug. I need some troubleshooting ideas. where is the kill switch on these> ATV_A110B2 Kids/Youth Size Four wheeler Quad 110cc
