Hey i've been reading a couple posts in here about a car not passing because of failing emmissions tests. Here in pennsylvania if you drove your car for less than 5,000 miles your vehicle is exempt from the emmission test. So if you do drive over 5,000 a year you can just simply disconnect your odometer once you reach around 4,500
I have to do this like every year.
Note: I'm not sure this is 100% legal but you can get away with it. lol Just remember to re-connect it before you drive it to get it inspected!
