Car quit again and so far for the last time. there is no spark at the coil. I traced the wire back to the black connector behind the battery, took the connector apart, put a test light in the hole for the coil which comes from the SMEC, turned on the key, nothing!! I unhooked the gray connector next to the black connector and the test light came on, but when I hooked the gray connector back up the light went out, the fuel pump came on, something on the throttle body clicked and whirlled, and one or two relays on the inside-fender clicked. What would be making the power shut off from the SMEC? I would like to get this car running again.
