My car has been idol for about 10 months, Is the gas in the tank still good? Will it hurt my engine?

10 months should be ok. Put some fuel solvent in anyway now. In the future use a fuel stabilizer for storage as it can go bad on you. What seems to happen is additives can make a gel that can clog things up. Pure gasoline would last years but none is pure,
