My son-in-law and I have come across a 1931 Buick that is partially restored. We have been unable to assertain if it is a 80 series or a 90 series. It is a convertible, straight 8 (344?), 2 door with a rumble seat. Anyone have any ideas on where to get more info?

Thanks
Saminy

Sounds neat! First thing to do is get in a Buick Car Club. That pup is a little old for me - the only one I know of is a few years newer with the straight eight. Did plugs on it and found I had to find a 7/8th extra deep socket for those.

This thing may be valuable. The clubs will be a great resource for this. Good luck with it,
