How do I remove the driver's side mirror on a 1996 Buick Park Avenue? Does this require special tools? I removed door panel but cannot seem to access the nuts attaching the mirror to the door.

The mirror if I remeber is coneccted by one or two bolts behind a cover above the door panel its plastic or looks like a speaker cover in some cars just simply pull it off it snaps in then you will see the bolts.
