Speed Sensor Location Can't Post

I have a 1998 sable 24v DOHC and I'm having a hard time finding the Speed sensor location I was told to look down from the passers side ,driver side and in the middle but still having a hard time.Also does the catalytic converter Y-pipe have to come off and what's involved in removing that.Thanks
