Tried the intermediate band adjustment (remove lock nut, torque down adjustment bolt to 10ft-lbs, then for C3 1981-later back off 2 turns then put on new lock nut). Did this and just changed the filter and fluid in the trany and still getting slippage every so often. Anyone have a clue? The trany has around 44,905 miles on it. Original equipment. Nothing has been altered other than what I listed.
