94 toyota corolla Can't Post

I think I'm having problems with my car. Its a standard, 4 cylinder. 1994.
anyways, I am having trouble accelerating. I'll start in first, shift into second, but it seems like it is in neutral when i get past 3000 rpms, because it just stops accelerating, the same for third, fourth, and fifth.
I checked under the hood, and found I had low engine coolant, and sort of low oil.

Are these two things that are giving me problems? Or is it more serious than that?

If you find rpms go up and your speed does not that sounds like the clutch is slipping and that, if so, will quit altogether real soon.

The coolant and oil should be monitored and maintained. There could be a problem if you have to keep filling them up. Some engine oil use may be ok but coolant should stay stable once filled,
