2000 lincoln ls Can't Post

Pirate I drained the tramission fluid out of my car without being sure how to put it back in, there is a resrevoir on the left where I thought it went but it wont dain down can anyone help

Well, I hate to tell you, but, there is no traansmissipon dipstick to put fluid in. Did you see a nut in the transmission pan with another nut outside it? If so, this is where you fill the fluid. Unless you have the proper tools, you need to remove the center of the plug, run a hose up inside the pan through the hole, then make sure the hose is long enough to reach outside the car and go higher than the transmission. Once that is completed, you will need a funnel attached to the hose. Then fill the fluid slowly until the fluid runs out of the drain hole. You need to be sure the hose fits tight into the transmission pan.
