That's a bummer! All I know about those is they have a thingy (nice tech term) that holds the key. I would try spraying some WD-40 or equivilent in there and pull pretty hard with pliers. Look at the key when (I'm hopeful) and see it it's ok. It may have a notch on it that causes this or the switch itself at fault. Because you have a steering wheel air bag you should seriously consider pro help to replace that switch if you are not. If key breaks it should still start - you may have to push it back in a bit. Also try some different tricks with the exact positions to get it out and jiggle it around. Good luck, That's fairly rare, T
