1994 Firebird 3.4 Shifting problems Can't Post

When shifting with the clutch all the way down, it will grind. Reverse is the most severe. My master cylinder has enough fluid. We were thinking of adjusting the actuator cylinder but are unsure how to do this. Any other ideas or suggestions or help?

Try bleeding it and if it improves even for a short while there is something worn out at either the master or "actuator" cylinder. I don't know if you can adjust it out but take a look. Be sure to leave freeplay at the top of any clutch linkage that can be adjusted,
