1993 plymouth grand voyager front end vibration Can't Post

Have vibration from front drivetrain. Have v-6 eingine with 140,000 miles. replaced both half shafts and both Lt and Rt front wheel bearing. Had all 4 tires balanced. Vibration starts and 10 mph and get worse with increasing speed. Also have harsh noise coming from front of vehicle. Could it be the differential carried bearings? Had to hammer and drive out the dirvers side half shaft. Found galling on the O.D. of the half shaft where it enters the differential.

Thanks
Al

Seeing any form of galling on the axle shaft and having to hammer on the shaft to remove it doesn’t sound good and I think your suspicions are correct. Time to do some exploratory surgery and pull the trans.
