I have a 1980 Honda Accord. Before I got it, at the end of 2007, it had been sitting for about 15 years. Everything has been considerably great durring tune-up; new spark plugs, oil change, new water pump, alt. belt) It started over-heating recently, so we changed thermostat plus added water & 50/50 antafreeze. Didnt really help much and then something happened with the fuel injection and/or injector valves I think?? I don't know what the problem really is??

That's a LONG time! Fuel can't be any good and probably needs to have tank removed and cleaned, new fuel filter etc., if it had any fuel in it that long. Coolant would have gone bad too. It should be flushed out if not done yet. There will be lots of surprises once it's up and running till all the bugs are out,
