94 fleetwood will not blow heat out of vents in dash but will on ac just blows on windshield and on floor

I'm a bit confused? You want heat thru just vents and it won't but will blow A/C (cooling) on floor and dash. What are you requesting it to do when it does this?

I'm not sure anything wrong with this. Is this a new behavoir? Makes are different and I bet if you set it for "vent" and adjust the temp up you can get heat just out of the dash vents. I personally don't like that and am not sure if my own cars will do that??
