I have a 2001 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 that I just replaced the rear brake pads in, one side is dragging a little bit, I cleaned up the pad holders good, but it is still hanging up a bit, what could I have missed? Someone said these GM"s are good on hanging up the pads and wearing the inside one out first. Any thought's? The calipers looked to be in good shape. Thanks, Dan

After taking the caliper off and cleaning everything up again, it still sticks so now me thinks I need to replace the caliper afterall. Thanks, Dan

Rear disc brakes take a lot of road abuse from water and dirt from the front. If calipers I suggest replacing both sides. Consider the hoses as well. Also check the parking brake inside rotor for hardware, rust, and dirt build up,
