The only fluid used in cars that I know of that's orange is a special type of windshield washer fluid. Check all the important fluids and the one that is low is of course the suspect. In general......
Anti-freeze is green or red - some is now colorless
Auto trans fluid is red and freqently used in power steering which can be colorless
Oil is clear to brown and greasy in your fingers
Brakes fluid is clear and will wash off with water - a clue
Rusty water could look orange and may just be coming out of a door or some body panel.
Sometimes it's something that spilled in the car - but that should end
